Prayer for France Amid Riots

Heavenly Father, the Creator of heaven and earth, the Giver of life, and the Author of peace, we come before You today with humble hearts and contrite spirits. We recognise Your sovereignty over all nations, over all situations, and over all people. We acknowledge that You alone can bring change, revival, and peace.

Lord, we lift up to You the nation of France. We pray for the streets that have been turned into battlegrounds, for the homes filled with fear, and for the hearts burdened with uncertainty. We plead for Your divine intervention, Father. We ask that You breathe life into the dry bones of France, that You ignite a spiritual awakening and bring forth a revival that will sweep across the land.

We pray for the leaders of France, that they may be filled with wisdom and understanding, that they may lead with justice and righteousness. We ask that You guide their decisions, that they may bring about peace and unity. We pray they may be instruments of Your will, Father.

We also pray for the people on the streets, those caught up in the rioting. We pray that You touch their hearts, that they may see the futility of violence and the power of love and unity. We pray that they may turn their faces towards You, Father, and find peace and comfort in Your presence.

Lord, we believe in the power of prayer, and we believe in Your power to bring about change. We know You hear our prayers, and we trust You are already at work in France. We pray for a revival, Father, a revival that will bring about a transformation in the hearts and minds of the people of France, a revival that will usher in a new era of peace and prosperity.

We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Saviour. Amen.

Beloved, let us not grow weary in doing good. Let us continue to pray for France, for the world, and for each other. Let us remember we are all part of one body, the body of Christ, and when one part suffers, we all suffer.

As we go forth this week, let us carry the burden of our brothers and sisters in France in our hearts. Let us continue to pray, continue to believe, and continue to trust in the power of our God. For He is a God of revival, a God of peace, a God of transformation.

May the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Amen.
